Urgh - thesis advisory committee meeting today. It will be over soon, and in a few hours time it "won't have been that bad". But I am having a tough time mustering up the requisite self-confidence, and every time I try to I want to crawl under the table and curl up in a little snivelling ball.

I used to be good at giving talks - I liked giving talks - I don't know what went wrong . . .
